Privacy Policy

What we collect

Wallet addresses you connect, and the public on-chain activity associated with them. Login data held by Privy when you sign in with email or a social account (Privy's policy applies; we receive an identifier and, if you choose, an email address). Submissions you make when launching a token (name, ticker, image, description, links), which are published permanently to public storage and the blockchain. Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request logs, kept for security and rate limiting.

What we do not collect

Private keys or seed phrases. We never see them. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To operate the Services, display your tokens and rewards, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the product. Aggregate, non-identifying statistics may be published.

Sharing

With service providers who host the Services (Vercel), store data (Neon), provide authentication (Privy), blockchain access (Helius), permanent storage (Irys/Arweave), and error monitoring; with authorities when required by law. Blockchain data and Submissions are public by nature and cannot be withdrawn.

Retention and deletion

Request logs are retained for up to 90 days. Account data is retained while you use the Services. Anything published on-chain or to permanent storage cannot be deleted by us or anyone. To request deletion of off-chain data we hold, contact team@lesgo.fun.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact team@lesgo.fun.
