Lesgo Website Terms of Use
Last updated: September 22, 2026
These terms include a waiver of any right to participate in a class action and a mandatory arbitration clause that governs resolution of certain disputes and waives your right to sue in court or have a trial by jury. Please read Section 15 carefully.
The website is provided for general informational purposes only. Lesgo operates the Lesgo launchpad, including a frontend, an application programming interface (the “API”), and software that lets you interact with third-party protocols. Lesgo is not registered, designated, or licensed by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, or any other regulatory authority. Lesgo does not custody assets, execute trades on your behalf, or provide investment advice.
1. Introduction
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) are a contract between you and Lesgo (“Lesgo”, “we”, “us”). They govern your access to and use of lesgo.fun, the API, and any related software (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and prohibited persons
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement. You may not use the Services if you are located in, under the control of, or a resident of any jurisdiction comprehensively sanctioned or embargoed by the United States, the United Nations, or the United Kingdom, or if you are subject to any sanctions, export restriction, or anti-money-laundering restriction administered by OFAC, the U.S. Department of State or Commerce, the UN Security Council, or any other applicable authority.
3. Nature of the Services
The Services are an interface to public, permissionless blockchain protocols, including Raydium LaunchLab and the Solana network. Lesgo does not control those protocols, does not hold your keys or funds, and cannot reverse transactions. Every transaction you submit is signed by your own wallet and executed by the blockchain, not by Lesgo.
Tokens launched through the Services are created by their launchers, not by Lesgo. Lesgo does not endorse, vet, or guarantee any token. A token can lose all of its value.
4. Submissions and permanent storage
When you launch a token you may provide a name, ticker, image, description, and links (a “Submission”). You represent that your Submission is truthful, is yours to submit, does not infringe any third party's rights, and contains nothing unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or malicious. A Submission is published to the blockchain and to permanent public storage as part of the launch and cannot be altered or deleted by Lesgo or anyone else afterward. Do not submit anything you are not prepared to make permanent and public.
You grant Lesgo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your Submission in connection with the Services. Lesgo may hide a Submission from its interface at its discretion; hiding does not remove it from the blockchain or permanent storage.
5. Fees and rewards
Trading fees, transfer fees, and holder rewards are set by on-chain program parameters and by the token type chosen at launch, as described in the Lesgo documentation. Reward distributions are performed by Lesgo-operated software according to the published policy and are recorded on-chain. Fees, thresholds, and policies may change prospectively; changes never apply retroactively to on-chain parameters that are fixed at launch.
6. Risk disclosure
Digital assets are volatile and may become worthless. Bonding curves, automated market makers, transfer fees, burns, and locked liquidity carry specific risks, including that a growing share of a pool's liquidity becomes permanently unreachable as supply shrinks. Software may contain bugs. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for the security of your wallet.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Services to violate any law; to launch tokens that impersonate others or infringe rights; to introduce malicious code; to interfere with or overload the Services; to circumvent access controls; or to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraud.
8. Intellectual property
The Services and their contents, including the Lesgo name, logo, characters, designs, and code, are owned by Lesgo or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Open-source components are licensed under their own terms. You may not use Lesgo's marks without written permission.
9. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties (blockchain networks, RPC providers, wallets, storage networks, price feeds). Lesgo is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct, and their terms may apply to you.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LESGO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. LESGO'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).
12. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Lesgo and its affiliates from any claim arising out of your use of the Services, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
13. Force majeure
Lesgo is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disorder, sanctions, labor disputes, failures of telecommunications or blockchain networks, data-processing failures, or changes in law affecting digital assets.
14. Termination
Lesgo may suspend or terminate your access to the interface at any time. Termination does not affect anything already recorded on the blockchain.
15. Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class-action waiver
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules, seated in Wilmington, Delaware, conducted in English. YOU AND LESGO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims. You may opt out of this section by written notice to team@lesgo.fun within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 15.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update is acceptance. Questions: team@lesgo.fun.
